‘ClubMark’ is the club accreditation scheme that England Hockey has set up to help clubs strive to improve how they operate for their players, coaches and volunteers. Each club is asked to submit evidence that demonstrates they are achieving or working towards several goals. The scheme has been designed to help clubs check they have the basics in place and are working within the minimum operating standards set by England Hockey. However, it also helps focus the direction of the club. One of the requirements is to create a 5-year plan for the club, as part of the plan Wick aims for grow the number of qualified umpires we have and encourage more youth players to join and become the future of WLHC!

On the 31st of March 2026, Wick was awarded ClubMark status until March 2029!
